The formulation of Method Mass has been designed for gym users and field athletes who need that bit of help with weight/mass gain. Method Mass provides a high-calorie formula in the form of a milkshake style of drink, containing high levels of carbohydrates, calories and whey protein per serving. We recognise that in the sport of weight training/bodybuilding, some participants can struggle with gaining weight (gym users with high metabolic rates & physically high-functioning people who tend to burn more calories than average), and part of the basics of gaining weight/muscle building is to place your calorie intake into a surplus (increasing calories above body weight calorie maintenance level). We believe a ratio of 4:1 carbohydrates to protein is a sufficient amount for a weight-gaining shake. Within this carefully formulated product, there were a few key factors we aimed to accomplish.
